Water & Kitties

So, my little town is flooded (or it was Monday and Tuesday). I took some pictures yesterday after school. The first one here is at the park - part of my running route. It's hard to tell because of the reflections off the water, but that's a shelter in the park that's pretty darn flooded.Flooded fifth street. This is one street over from my gym. Seriously?

That's what I heard as I rode my bike to the grocery store. The obnoxious yeller was hanging out the passenger side of a Grand Am. I was kinda hoping it was a student of mine so I could give them a hard time Monday.

Get a life people.

In other news? I'm the new Mom to a darn adorable kitty. His name is...to be determined. I can't decide!
