The 30-day bandwagon.

I'm impulsive. Seriously impulsive. About stupid things. Example?

Tonight I'm sitting on my couch watching TV and looking at reviews for Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred video and all the sudden, I have to get it. I mean. What. Is. The. Deal? It's my day off from the gym. I just did spinning and speed interval running yesterday and I still convinced myself to brave the -15 (windchill) weather, drive to Wtown (30 minutes away) to get a stupid workout DVD.

Seriously Kate.

The verdict?

I will be sore tomorrow. However, happily, level 1 was not terribly difficult - unless you consider being a complete upper body wuss like I am. Most of the workout was fine, but man, my arms are weak! So, my resolution is to do this 30 day Shred. I probably won't do it IN 30 days exactly, because I'm out of town at my bf's house on weekends, and that's a little unrealistic since vball practice and my graduate course starts soon, but I will do it. Trust me?

Another Texas picture for the road...
What did I have to show E in Texas? The monster soda bottles. Yes, I'm a nerd.

hahaha I've totally done that before. I'll decide I have to have something, drive 37 places, waste so much time, finally get the thing and then rarely use it. Such is life!

I love the 30-Day Shred!

I'm an upper-body wimp, too. And I feel like it's helped me strengthen my shoulders and core in just a few short weeks!
